About Me
Greetings, I am Soumen Bose, the founder of Achievers Circle, an academy dedicated to learning and people development.
As an internationally certified Life and Career Coach, along with being a Certified Bank Trainer, Success,
and Leadership Mentor, I draw upon my extensive 35-year experience in pivotal managerial roles within India's largest international bank.
I firmly believe, business can grow exponentially, by optimising and leveraging
on its individual efficiencies. This can be done by employee development, through individualised coaching and training. I wish to inculcate that competence in individuals which will result in a win win situation for both the
employers and the employees, by enhancing lives. These achievers with irreplicable people skills will give the business a key distinctive and competitive edge to stand out over competition.

a mission to cultivate achievers who will emerge as the future leaders.

I asked myself - what can be the best mode to pass on my knowledge, expertise and experience so as to ‘Die Empty’, as mentioned by the famous management speaker and writer Todd Henry in his book. How can the interested one be benefitted from such wisdom?
What can be the preferred way to connect with the individuals who are so eager to learn and acquire knowledge? What will happen to my insights after me? The queries remained unanswered for some time!!! Subsequently I realized
that my ideas won’t work if I don’t work. Yet, the point at issue remained as where to start from!!!
I comprehended that being a coach is a rewarding and fulfilling role that allows individuals
to make a positive impact on the lives of others. One of the primary benefits is the opportunity to guide and support individuals in their personal and professional development. As a coach, I stand the chance to unlock the
potential within others, helping them set and achieve goals, overcome challenges, and discover their strengths.
Furthermore, witnessing the progress and achievements of those I coach, can be incredibly gratifying. It fosters
a sense of purpose and accomplishment as I contribute to the success and well-being of others and the society. I realised it was not going to be easy nonetheless I felt it worth giving it a try.
